Data deletion instructions

Follow these steps to request deletion of your influence.mn account, social login connections and associated data.

  1. From your registered email, contact@influence.mn send an email with the subject “influence.mn data deletion request” to this address.
  2. Include your registered email and profile name. Specify whether you want your account and all associated data deleted, or only your Google/Facebook login disconnected. Do not send passwords, access tokens or verification codes.
  3. We will verify account ownership and email you the outcome, including any data we must retain. Payments, active collaborations, disputes and legal retention requirements may affect immediate deletion of some information.

Disconnect Facebook

You can revoke influence.mn permissions in Facebook settings under Apps and websites. This disconnects Facebook but does not replace a request to delete your influence.mn account and collaboration data. Follow the steps above for full deletion.

This request applies to data on influence.mn. It does not delete your Google or Facebook account.
