CREATOR MARKETING GUIDE
Organic, Collab and Paid ads: content usage terms
Distinguish content production, publishing, reuse and paid advertising when agreeing with a creator.
Define production and usage separately
Producing content, publishing on a creator's channel and using it in brand advertising can be separate deliverables. A quotation should specify where, how long and in which form content will be used, alongside quantity. This guide helps discuss working terms; it does not replace the parties' specific agreement.
Organic: use without paid distribution
An Organic deliverable may cover publishing on agreed channels without paid advertising. Specify whether it is the creator's or brand's channel and whether reposting is included. The label Organic alone does not grant unlimited use on every channel.
Collab: a joint post
Collab may cover a joint post on a platform that supports it. Agree on participating accounts, who creates the post, when the invitation is accepted and how long it remains live. Availability depends on the platform, format and creator's offered service.
Paid ads: advertising use
Paid ads refers to agreed use of content in paid advertising. Confirm duration, channels, territory and editing scope. Discuss account-related advertising permissions separately and use the platform's official authorization mechanisms. Sharing passwords or one-time codes is not a required deliverable.
Files, edits and additional terms
Receiving a final file is different from receiving all source material. Specify dimensions, format, subtitles, crops, re-editing and whether source files are included. Discuss exclusivity, competitor restrictions, extended use and their pricing implications in advance.

Check the offered service
Usage options on influence.mn depend on the platform, format and creator's service. Every option is not available for every format. If the required option is missing or the scope is custom, agree on deliverables, timeline and quotation directly with the creator.
